Lived here for years and really a calm/friendly suburb. Really close to everything, 20min to airport, 15mins to city ( the V Line train at deer park station is express & limited stops), 10 mins to sunshine general hospital. Plenty of job opportunities due to the industrial area / big companies warehouse not far. Costco is coming soon here. Property prices are also not so expensive compared to other suburbs, but not for long.
