"Feels like a village, yet in such a central location!"

we have lived here for a year now and love it - it's got so much to offer!
it is a Small, Friendly, Undervalued suburb!
Public transport is fantastic with a 15 min commute to the City.
Local IGA and Kebab shop. Ton of sporting facilities. Right next to the river and the Ashfield Flats for jogging or walking...
Big blocks of land still available - once the Bassendean council changes the R zoning this suburb will grow exponentially!

Great for

Easy commute to city
Lots of activities and sports
Quiet
Close to EVERYTHING

Not great for

Bad reputation for its Gov Housing (which are decreasing year on year)
