Eschol Park

"A hidden gem"

Having moved here a year ago from a nearby suburb, yet not knowing much about it, i have been surprised by how much i LOVE this area. There are green areas, parks and walking tracks everywhere which is great for us, the kids and dog. All the neighbours are lovely. i can walk to a main shopping centre in 15mins but its far enough away that you dont hear or see it. we can walk to the local primary school, football fields, soccer fields, everything is really accessible. Its only a 10 min drive to campbelltown and access to narellan/camden via camden valley way is really quick. with the m5 entrance being built down the rd, you just cant beat the location for accessibility. The houses here are AMAZING value for money and i have a feeling this small sometimes forgotten suburb is going to be discovered by even more people soon. We are planning on being here for a very long time, maybe forever. Love it.

"Much nicer than reputation suggests."

Have lived in this suburb for years and whilst the housing estate area has occasionally hit the news and created a negative impression of the suburb as a whole i have always found the suburb to be really nice. I dont believe property values in this area truly reflect how good it is and with a terrific selective school, gr8 shopping centre and easy access to both liverpool and campbelltown i think houses here are a gr8 buy. Lots of lovely streets and neighbours.

"We love it here, fabulous location and great neighbours!"

We have lived here 9 years and love it. Walking distance to shops, drs, schools, preschools, station, bus stops and seconds away from the m5. Sounds busy? Definately not, a lovely little suburb really peaceful and neighbours that arent all over you, but are there if needed. Terrific value for money and brilliant access to everywhere. Its only small so not many houses come up for sale here, but if you get the chance jump on it you'll love it!!
