St Clair

"Hidden Gem in Western Sydney where property is still affordable"

I first came to know about St Clair when one of my friends moved to the suburb in 2013. From the first visit to the suburb I fell in love with how tidy and organised the street we visited was. 2 years later we ended up buying a property in there!

St Clair is really a great suburbs for families, Friendly neighbours and safe streets! I take a bus ride from Mount Druitt Station in the evening to get back home and I have a 750m walk from the bus stop to my house. It is safe and to date I havent seen any incidents in the night and have been safe.

St Clair has great shopping options, the St Clair shopping centre has a Woolworths, dining options, a medical centre and decent restaurants. The Dentist is just around the shopping centre and schooling is available for families with kids. Erskine park shopping centre is also just a drive away and there is an Aldi and an IGA in that local shopping centre. There are parks for kids and walk paths for an evening walk for the family.

In terms of accessibility St Clair is easily accessible via the M4 which makes it really convenient. There are busses to either St Marys or Mount Druitt stations that will get you to the city or Hornsby in a single fast train without having to change lines. Penrith Local council is really good in terms of developing the suburb.

St Clair is just a hidden gem in western suburbs which is still affordable for the price of a unit in suburbs like Parramatta. There is a lot of potential for it to grow in the coming years specially with Badgerys Creek Airport.
