We have been renting here for a while now and love the area so much we are hoping to buy our family home here. The train station is just a 3 minute walk from our front door and the M5, a few minutes drive. Neighbours smiling and waving as they pass us in the street and the kids playing outside in the afternoons give this place a really homely feel. Lots of lovely parks to visit on the weekend with our kids and walking tracks within the Moorebank and Liverpool local areas. Just living outside the Sutherland Shire also makes it easy to pop over for a visit on the weekend too. I do hope they open up some more take away and dine-in food options locally in the future. Otherwise a lovely place to live for those who enjoy a quiet, friendly neighbourhood, with the benefit of fairly easy access to most places in Sydney, under a million $!
