Brunning Crescent

"Best Street in Frankston North"

Friendly people, houses being renovated, close to public transport.

Very quiet, close to walking tracks. This is simply the best street the area.

Frankston North

"We love it! Brunning Crescent is awesome!"

Buying in Frankston North was one of the best decisions I have made.

I got an old house but they are very solidly built (BV, hardwood frame, concrete stumps etc) by the government on a 600sqm block for less than a one bedroom apartment in a lot of suburbs.

Now I have renovated, it is a beautiful home with heaps of space to expand in the future.

The neighbours are all great, friendly and keep their houses neat. The community spaces are fantastic. Plenty of places to walk my dog and all 3 schools are currently getting major works.

- two primary schools
- one secondary college
- bulk billing doctor
- aged care
- swimming pool
- huge parks and reserves
- grocery shops
- petrol station with mechanics
- hair salons
- successful local AFL/Netball/soccer clubs
- ample take aways

This suburb has so much!

And yes, you do get the occasional roughie, but you expect that everywhere and I have never felt unsafe.

Can't wait to see what the next few years bring.
