The best part about Bayview Road is that is is slightly elevated above the rest of Emu Bay, which gives you expansive views over the sea and surrounding farms and all the way to Penneshaw.

As blocks are about 5 acres in size there are only 8 blocks along the road so very little traffic and no noise. The land below Bayview Road is crown land and earmarked as reserve. It is grazed by sheep at times and kangaroos.
