Nollamara
"The location is so handy and our neighbours are fantastic"
We have lived in Nollamara for the past 10 years and have seen dramatic changes in that time. It used to be fairly rough with a bad reputation but now it is family friendly and up and coming.
All of the older houses are being replaced by new villas and there are so many new families around.
You can't beat the location - 10 mins to the city, don't even have to use the freeway to get there! 15 mins to the beach and 10 mins to my favourite shops............Karrinyup.
The local IGA is a bit dirty and at times has undesirables around, but because of our locations I rarely go there - I shop at Dogswamp and Flinders Square. The kebab shop near IGA is amazing and super yummy!
This suburb keeps getting better and better!!!!!
