Elm Street
"A No-Through Road."
Elm Street is a no-through road and only has about 15 homes running along the side of the Broadmeadows train line.
Previously with great large leafy Elm trees, these were unfortunately cut down due to insect problems in the 1990's but have been replaced.
Great for
- No Through Road
- Close to train station
- Close to major supermarket as well as Newmarket cafes
Not great for
- Opposite the train line
