Just had a motorbike tear up our street and set off car alarms.
I wish i could say it was a one off but it is every weekend. An Audi took off at 60-70 plus on the side street next to me as i was walking up.
Not safe for young kids on bikes.

I lived in the valley area for two years and loved it. Mainly the nice neighbours, clean air and closeness to beaches that aren't overcrowded.

Looks like a very nice and quiet area, but there are a lot of car horns from people arriving or leaving. At the weekends people often drive their v8's, tired old 90s sports car junk with loud exhausts up and down the side roads at high speed.
