Redbank Plains

"Quality homes at an affordable price"

You can get a brand new 3 bedroom home here for $320k easy, I live here now and can say i love it. People said a bunch of stuff about redbank plains which turned out to be false.
No where in Australia will you find a better neighborhood for the price

Prices in Sydney are out of control , 50 year old homes in western suburbs of Sydney like mount druitt (a low socio-economic status area ) are priced at over $600,000 to 800,000 not worth it at all I grew up there and think it's no way a good place to raise children not to mention 1 hour and 20 mins away from the Sydney CBD which is atleast 40 minutes more than the distance redbank plains is from the Brisbane CBD . Also worth mentioning that Sydney is now overcrowded and you can expect house prices to stay where they are.

I left Sydney on the 3rd of July 2018
I purchased a 3 bedroom home 30 minutes from brissy CBD for $287,000 - bargained down from $300,000.
For those reasons I sold my unit in penrith - Sydney for $412,500 paid off ALL my debts bought the house in redbank plains and still had $50,000 to play with. On top of that it's in the new estate far from any of the undesirables.
Brisbane is having 47 billion spent on its infrastructure over the next 4 years and the CBD is being renovated, want to make money on property ? Or free your family from mortgage debt?
Come to redbank plains and let's build the next major australian city ( Brisbane not Ipswich even though it's part of Ipswich council) which is already in it's way to being the Sydney from 20 years ago.
See you there!

This is such a accurate representation from a Sydneysider. I totally agree being from western Sydney too we appreciate the area. We moved and brought a half acre. You can still buy houses on big blocks. Some choose the new house packages on small blocks. And if you build on 300m2 well that's your choice. I still see Roos especially when it rains. Amazing wildlife such as lorrikeets galahs kookaburras and owls on a daily basis on my verandah and trees. Sure there are nicer places like Kenmore or Pullenvale but these are out of our price range. RBP is affordable. You live where you can afford. Sometimes it attracts unpleasant people but like I said you live or invest where you can afford.
