"Great lifestyle town just 1 hour from Melbourne"
Great little town, in a stunning setting, with land and house prices still affordable.
I’m not an agent, but with its transport links, big blocks and lifestyle options, I suspect this will be the next suburb/town to experience significant growth.

"Nice little town, beware Anzac Ave"
Great town in the middle of Victoria. With new land estates popping up, Nagambie and vineyards on its doorstep, how long before this becomes part of the high growth areas?
