It’s very busy and in places you get the planes from Jandakot doing loop-de-loop. Dogs barking from the kennels. I wouldn’t recommend it at all. It’s over-rated.

The older part is dodgy and it seems in summer many people don’t have a desire to water their lawns hence it all looks dead. Things are over-grown and I’m not sure the Council goes through and neatens the vast growing weeds through winter. The old part, in places, gives me the impression that nobody really cares. Newer better but lots of parties going on. Fine if you like them on a Friday or Saturday night.
