Not really a place for families, especially with young children. As a stay at home mum who lived in Marsden for a while, I would say it was the worst area possible for the littlies with loads of traffic and very inconsiderate neighbours making way too much noise. Very unfriendly neighbourhood with nothing to do or see without a vehicle.
