I have lived here for 2 years now. I am married with no kids. I love the street. It is quiet and private. It is also very safe. It is great for long walks as the street is lined up with trees. Couples and families with kids would feel at home easily. Not far from shops, gym, freeway and bus stop. Also sorrounded by golf courses and access to school. Also fantastic for pet owners as great place for walks. The only thing lacking is a train station proximity but that is an issue affecting the whole area not just the street. I have also benefited from an almost 30% capital growth in just 2 years.
