"Terrible place"
Too expensive! blocks are too small! not worth to buy at all! I am going to sell my Mirvac home soon due to the terrible traffic in the morning.

x 1,000,000 & nothing has changed since your last post except a second GFC as of 10/8/2011.Also if you bought land you could build a cheaper nicer house doing it yourself than Mirvac ;)
