Shoalwater

"Hidden gem. You don't buy a house, but a lifestyle"

Lived here for 15 years now, and for me it has everything I want. Friendly neighbours that look after your interest, relaxing feel, nature reserve and pristine beaches around the corner. Cooler than surrounding areas in summer, warmer in winter. Loooving it.

Great for

  • Very quiet, nature all around
  • Good neighbours
  • Favourable climate to surrounding suburbs

Not great for

  • Older high density units
  • Occasional hoon
