"Epping Vic"
Epping Vic is not perfect and far from it. However it does have what you need to get by and also lots of variety of homes to choose from and most people can afford to live here and still have some money left over after they pay their bills not much but something at least. You have the choice of shopping in the Plaza, Markets, or Lalor has some great shopping you just need to go and seek the bargains you can find. I read articles about the traffic issues but where would you rather be stuck in traffic in Epping or South Eastern suburbs and don't start me about the Monash Freeway I know where I would rather be stuck in traffic on High Street at least it moves as you do get home. Like I said its not perfect it does have problems but try not to be to critical and except that life isn't perfect. Make the most of your environment and no matter where you live you will be happy.

South Eastern suburbs are packed and polluted with way many cars. Northern suburbs are great, fresh air, so many shops, fast speed trains linked Melbourne to Sydney and Brisbane. Oh at that time Epping will be packed with tourist, apartments and hotels. But hope no pollution .
Epping is great place and centre for everything. People in the north will go to Epping for shopping (eg Costco) and entertain with a lot of restaurants (Eg China bar).High St can be busy due to roundabout near Epping centre. There should be a traffic light to avoid this.
