"Great suburb close to Swan and Freo"

Willagee is a hidden gem in Perth.
Close to Freo moreso than the city it has some great value housing.
Some great cafes, an award winning patisserie and a decent iga.

Good shops nearby for all types of shopping.

Good schools etc if you have kids.
