Stunning location, beautiful people and safe! Have lived in North Beach for 2 years and have loved every minute of it. Plenty of cafes and good coffee spots to enjoy the sun overlooking the ocean. And plenty of beautiful beaches all along the North Beach coastline.

Only downside is the price of property! But you get what you pay for
