"Nice area - close to the city, buses, trains and shops with fast internet (Fitzgibbon Chase)"
If you are looking for an ideal suburb that is not too far from the city with easy access to public transportation - bus and train, shops (5 mins drive to Coles or Woolworth, 12 mins drive to Chermside Westfield), community centre (regular playgroup, ballet classes for kids, etc...) recreational parks (e.g. Hidden World Playground), close to schools, coffee shops, gyms... this would be the place for you and your family.

- Bikeways & Greenspace
- Easy to get to the shops & main roads
Not great for
- High proportion of homes rented
- Limited quality restaurants
- Space is a premium
