I have lived in Epping for the past 6 years and have found it to be an excellent place to live in. We are close to great shopping areas such as Epping plaza, Costco, Mill Park Westfield, Lalor shops, Dalton shops and University Hill. The facilities (hospital, Bunnings, shopping places) are fantastic. We have BMX tracks on McDonald Rd, local parks, beautiful creek, many reserve for sport and golf course. The YMCA centre is a 5 minute drive from our home which has gym and all sorts of leisure activities. The neighbours in our street are fantastic. We keep an eye out and help out each each other. People walking the street are generally friendly and will say G'day. You will see native birds like Kookaboros, Lorikeets, Corellas, Cockatoos, Magpies, Grassparrots etc. The bus stops are just round the corner giving access throughout Melbourne top facilities including schools, shops cafe's etc. We are approximately 20km from Melbourne CBD.
