"Won't live here again"
The housing is vastly overpriced, the suburb is filled with noisy neighbours constantly renovating, people are rude, snobby and aggressive on the roads. Can't wait to leave.

So sorry you've had a bad experience living in Cammeray. I absolutely love it. My neighbours are friendly and helpful, everyone says hello when I'm out walking, the cafes are fantastic and it's easy to get to Neutral Bay, Crows Best and the CBD.

All I cna say is you must have had awful neighbours. Loved this place, people realy friendly, close to transport, good/great bars/ restaurants, close to beaches etc. If you like outdoors, golf, tennis (free courts too), parks and a nice community feel then this is a good place to be. Not as crowded as some and yes it is on the expensive side but hey it's 5-7 km from CBD max so you pay for it. I WOULD LIVE HERE AGAIN - did for 15 months.
