I have been living in Rowville for almost 8 years, found it's a best place to live. Great schools, great neighborhood, very easy access to anywhere, two major freeways nearby, great transport, no powerline accross the street, they are built underground. I bought investment house in Rowville 4 years ago, the rent return is great, it's good to invest in rowville, because it's not like some other places with too many units building, the new state government is going to build a Rowville railway station, and the knox council is going to develop the major shopping centre 'Stud Park' into an activity centre with shops and restaurants and multiple apartments and car park buildings, plus stud park will be a major transport centre for going anywhere around the melbourne. It's about 5 mins drive to knox city shopping centre, 8 mins drive to glen waverley, 8 mins to dandenong market, within 15 mins to chadstone shopping centre, within 30 mins to city. We love here, and recommend to everyone.
