"Overpriced"

I can't understand why this suburb is selling so well. The street aesthetics aren't great. The school catchments are poor. It isnt even within 8m of CBD but is selling for 20-40% more than Evertone Park and Enogerra. I don't understand it but I also think Ascot is overpriced compared to Wilston/Windsor and Gordon Park.

High School and Private Primary are good. Close to Airport and Sandgate Rd to go to Sandgate/Ocean
