"Cool little hidden nook of preston"

Great for

Pho Liem cheap and delicious
Really quiet
Eat vietnamese, get a tattoo, do some yoga and buy some mix lollies from the milkbar

Not great for

Architect firm has opened recently who has a lot of people who park all day in street
People use it as a shortcut between gower and albert
Could do with a cool cafe in the shops part
