Well i have lived in eden hill for 3 years now and couldnt see myself moving anytime shortly, 10kms to the city 5 mins to the galleria, 5 mins to the famous swan valley, nesstled between morley drive and walter road so access to anywere is easy. the people are freindly and helpful when a hand is needed and most people like to present there gardens.there are 3 primary schools in walking distance and a high school streets away.Jubilee reserve is home to the bassendean swans footy club,bassendean soccer club,eden hill little athletics. the local shop owners are on a first name basis with just about everyone in the neighbourhood, i feel the area is just waiting to be developed further.....hope to see you here soon (ps best value for houses around jubille reserve or off wicks st)
