I lived in Kingaroy for 20 years.
The water causes intestinal problems. Most people are racist, sexist, and generally hate anything or anyone "different".
There's no public transportation in or out, so those who don't have a car in this town are stuck. I've known many young people in Kingaroy who are trying hard to get out.
Some say that the best thing about Kingaroy is the closeness to Brisbane, etc. So, the best thing about the town is getting out of it. :)
