Corinella is a surprising little oasis of tranquility on the peaceful eastern shore of Westernport. It has water views to the north, west and south, abundant birdlife and great fishing, either from the jetty or offshore. The coastline is a mixture of small secret beaches, rocky outcrops and mangroves - the latter providing a haven for various forms of sealife. It is also an historic spot as one of Victoria's very first settlements. Corinella has not yet been "discovered". Tourists rush past to Phillip Island or the south coast, not bothering to take the few km drive off the beaten track. Those that do find a peaceful, friendly spot for permanent living or holidays. We love it!
