Epping

"Boom town and growing"

Very safe with my family, love being close to all amenities. Public and private hospitals, great primary and secondary schools. Safe, easy city access, what can I say, best affordable suburb in Melbourne's north. I doubt it will stay affordable for long.

Epping is central for the North with 2 public and private hospital. It has large shopping centre, Costco, huge Bunnings, China bar and you name it. Should live near McDonald Rd for bus and near Epping train station. Forgot to mention St Monica school is one of the best. Other schools are fine too.

Some houses are expensive in Epping North because they are new. Land is cheap near Epping central somewhere near train station. Sallyj6 what is your recommendation for primary school in Epping? Thanks.

St Peter's Primary School .. gets a little busy with traffic at school times but worth the grind... Epping Primary School is also worth a mention. Can't go wrong with either.

I notice Epping Primary school has Greenbrook Campus. Is that good? Thanks Sallyj6
