Unless you need to go to Dennis street or the nearby Kendall St, you likely won't drive here which makes it a nice quiet street to live on. Most houses are new and most families are lovely. Has a nice neighbourly feel without being in each others faces all the time.

Nice street, you sometimes see the bush turkeys out and about. Lately there are a lot of cars parked due to duplexes being built making it annoying but usually it's an ok street.

I wouldn't go anywhere else unless I had to. Very close to the city yet still a suburb and you can get a good backyard without going broke.
