It is very quiet street and has peaceful and classy neighborhood. 1-2mins walking to the reserve park, 3mins driving to stanhope village shopping center and black town leisure center, 2 mins walking to T-way bus, 6 mins driving to quakers hill station, 8 mins driving to bella vista metro station, and 7 mins driving to Kellyville station. Close to all facilities. 7 mins driving to Kellyville metro, 8 min to bella Vista metro, and 6 min to quakers hill station. My place is 2mins walking distance to t-way bus . Very classy neighborhood, nice and quite streets , big reserve park. The houses are around 10-15 years old. It is very safe and comfortable suburb
The negative: parklea suburb is attached to the name of the Parklea correction center.
Other than that, I consider it the best suburb as it close to every thing and the same time quit and comfortable residential area
