Brompton is the (Melbourne) Brunswick of Adelaide. It is real close to the city, Prospect and North Adelaide. It’s a little grungy in parts but it’s all good.

A nice tree lined street with character homes. Great location between Woodville Park train station and Port Road. Friendly neighbours.

We moved to Woodville Park two years ago from the eastern suburbs, after buying an affordable character home on a large block. We have enjoyed living here as it is safe and friendly. It is about 8 kms from the city and there is good public transport (train) and an easy commute by car along Port Road. Shopping is good with Arndale, St Clair, Brickworks and West Lakes close by.
