The rent for these townhouses is cheap for a reason. You will be surrounded by feral families, grubby 18-20 year old sharers, and everyone has a dog so expect to hear barking daily. Our neighbours (more than one household around us) have regular domestics and one of them has punched holes in the exterior walls of the townhouses. Every Friday and Saturday there's some kind of party, sometimes even during the week. I have lived here for almost a year and the suburb is so dodgy I'm afraid to leave the apartment alone after sundown. Awful suburb and these townhouses are way too close for any privacy or quiet. Look somewhere else.
