"We just simply love living here!!!"

We just simply love living here, we have been here for 12 months now and love the fact that almost everywhere we want to go in Melbourne we can jump on a Freeway and get there. If you look at the environment and the suburb itself, it a really lovely place to live, we have a young child and 2 in their late teens, we spend most of the weekends at home, we take the dogs for a walk and feed the duck, we love to watch the bird life at the lakes and especially love the beautiful Pelicans. We love seeing what people are doing in their gardens and feel so safe, all of the neighbors in our street are great. The beach just 12 min away we often go down for dinner on a hot evening after work. Public transport and shopping facilities in the immediate area are pretty average at the moment but we only purchased our land 2 years ago and at the time were driven across several paddocks to get to our block. Now our area is almost completely built on in the next 2 years Lyndhurst will have everything you need.

"We love it"

We just simply love living here, we have been here for 10 months now and love the fact that almost everywhere we want to go in Melbourne we can jump on a Freeway and get there. Let’s face it Peak hour in Melbourne is getting worse every year, the M1 can be bad no matter where you get on and I agree with the other resident who drives to King St, I was working at Southbank in the IBM Tower and found some days I could be in there in 40 Min, some days would take up to an hour, but that would be the same no matter where you came from. I respect that this may not be the place for everyone but what area is, my brother in law lives at Waverley Park and he loves it, I think it’s nice but would never choose to live there, personally I think location wise Lyndhurst has just as much as Waverly and more, with the beach just 12 min away we often go down for dinner on a hot evening after work. Public transport and shopping facilities in the immediate area are pretty average at the moment but we only purchased our land 2 years ago and at the time were driven across several paddocks to get there. Now our area is almost completely built on in the next 2 years Lyndhurst will have everything you need.

"What a lifestyle"

We have been in our new home for 6 months now and we love it, the surrounding environment is just beautiful, the neighbors are really great, the walking paths and lakes are just beautiful to take long strolls around and great to walk the dogs and let the kids ride their bikes in a safe area, we are very happy and know that it will be a well serviced area when all of the facilities are completed over the coming 2 years. The value of our property has climbed steadily and this little patch of real estate has proven to be a winner in our eyes.
