Westgate Ave is the best overall street in Albion.

This is why:
1. It's a quiet street, not much traffic/noise.
2. It's a 30s walk to the Perth Ave shops, housing some cafes (Sadie black/Mitko Deli), hairdresser (Wendy's) and grocery store.
3. It's on the opposite side of Albion to the train station, making it a 12 minute walk. This is advantageous if you don't like lots of train noise and some distance between your home and the station foot traffic/parking.
4. A short walk to Selwyn park and Kororoit Creek Trail
5. Friendly neighbours
6. House prices on Westgate ave have typically outperformed other nearby streets (look it up - a 3 bedroom weatherboard house recently sold for $1.1m)
