Visited Sunbury couple of times and planning to move next year;) ...from my point of view suburb looks very beautiful with country touch to it n looks good however I cannot comment much about suburb as of now until I move there....I would be moving in new estate i.e. maplestone estate ( unfortunately near Bulla tip) otherwise I feel that suburb is good and peaceful.
