I bought in Cranboune East in 2013 and my house has soared in value. Over 150 in 6 years!I think the demographic is no worse than anywhere else. I love my neighbours side back over the road. How many people can say that?
It’s definitely worth living out here for the family friendly atmosphere. Medical facilities are also in abundance with a public hospital very close.
“The lucky city” and people know it as we are central . 25 minutes to the beach 25 minutes on the train to the city or around 40 minutes drive
And 45 minutes from Phillip island.
Overall a peaceful understated and under rated City.
