Blairgowrie

"A beautiful coastal village"

Blairgowrie is a gorgeous village situated between bay and ocean beaches on the Mornington peninsula.
The village is a perfect place for families, couples and retirees and offers something for everyone.
A quiet sleepy hollow most of the year and a thriving township over summer as a resident you get the best of both worlds living here.
Within close proximity to Melbourne it is an easy commute for work purposes or an easy weekender.
The beaches are amazing, offering beautiful bay beaches, the stunning Blairgowrie Yacht squadron and ocean beaches with fabulous rock pools.
Blairgowrie Village has some fabulous cafes and restaurants and great homeware stores, a brilliant butcher and gourmet supermarket with specialty treats, it has everything you need.
A review of Blairgowrie wouldn’t be complete without mention of the Koonya General Store, definitely worth a visit for a coffee and brunch on the go or lunch and take home dinner.
Blairgowrie is a superb Mornington Peninsula suburb with some beautiful beaches, a rare gem!

Koonya Avenue

"The perfect ocean side location"

Koonya Avenue is a fabulous street on the narrowest point of the Peninsula.

You can walk to both bay and ocean beaches and the Koonya General Store within minutes and Blairgowrie Village is only a short drove away.

The streetscape is lovely and coastal and you can hear the ocean waves most of the time.

The national park at the end of spray point road hooks into fabulous coastal walking trails taking you either back towards Cape Schanck or onto Point Nepean National Park.

There is a good balance of holiday homes and permanent homes in the street and surrounding streets giving it a lovely quiet feel all year round.

We have loved living in this beautiful part of the world and we would highly recommend Koonya Avenue for both couples and families; it is coastal bliss!
