I've lived at 25 Buckingham Place for nearly 2years now, in a villa with my flatmate. We love living here, its quiet, peaceful and the other neighbors in our complex are all very friendly yet respectful of each other's privacy.

The location is phenomenal, seconds to the Gateway Motorway and seconds to the Southeast Freeway. A 2 min walk down the hill to the 8 Mile Plains Park N Ride Bus Station, its directly across the road from the Brisbane Technology Park (A great Coffee Club is in here, great for the morning latte on a sunday!) There is a great pub/bar just down the road, the Glen Hotel and there are numerous service stations within seconds of Buckingham Place.

Literally 200m up the road is a small shopping Complex with a Spar, Chemist, Bottleshop, Subway, Coffee Shop, Bakery, Beauty, Butcher and a really cheap greengrocer. Less than 4 minutes drive from Garden City Shopping Centre and less than 10 minutes down the freeway to Logan Hyperdome. And for those with kids, there is an ABC daycare centre in the street.


I love it here! You can't ask for anything more!!
