"Decent area. Shame about the power outages"
Not sure if anyone else has mentioned this but power outages in CH occur often especially in summer.
I agree this suburb is very leafy, family friendly and has some great shopping centres but please consider the power outages that go on for hours. Would be advisable to check with your potential neighbours about how often outages occur in your street before moving here.
