We purchased our first home in Kelmscott back in 2021 due to the extreme affordability and being young first home buyers looking for somewhere near the hills. Since then the prices have already risen significantly! Great area if you want a huge block for a great price and to renovate. Never had any issues since moving here I hope they continue to improve on the older parts and keep it clean and green for future. Close to everything you need and love being near the hills for an affordable price!
