Kooyong Road

"Centre of everything"

I've lived in Armadale now for 18 months. It's a great place. I have my whole life either in walking distance or a short drive away. On top of that I'm right next to 2 tram lines, a train station and a bus line. I can jump on a tram and be in the city or chapel street in 15 minutes or I can walk 10 minutes to the Glenferrie Road shopping precinct. If you want a wedding dress or some useless antiques then High St is just around the corner.

The big draw back for me is the distinct lack of pubs and bars in the area. The ones that are here are rubbish! If you want to raise a family here then make sure you are loaded because there are no public schools in the whole area. Most of the locals are nice people but you get your fair share of Trak mums with their hair, nails, pilates and no idea how to drive their 4wd mercedes. Those women don't live in reallity and are pains in the arse because they are bored to death so have to take it out on everyone else.

Cloverdale Road

"Home sweet home"

I grew up in Cloverdale road and it was a great childhood.

Lot's of trees and parks, public transport, local shops. A really safe and happy place to be a kid.
