We moved here with the kids just 2 months ago. It is one of the most unspoken and convenient suburb with good looking houses all around. Facilities and amenities in this suburb is great for families, couples, pets and also the elderly. It has several streets with restaurants and cafes plus you get to UberEat all the eateries in Carnegie and neighbouring suburbs. It's so close to Chaddy where we are, just a 15 minute walk and yet, you don't feel the stress, pollution and congestion thanks to all the trees nearby. I have already fallen in love with this suburb and do not regret paying the high price to get into this suburb. It has a lot of growth potential because of all the facilities that is currently in plan for this suburb. I only wish they had a public secondary school here but hey, if you are rich enough to live here, you are rich enough to send your kids to private schools. It is what it is. I know prices seem out of rich, but you only live once and quality of lifestyle, the healthy environment and friendly neighbours on my street is priceless!
