"Rapidly growing suburb, The Tarragindi of the south side"
Its location and proximity to all amenities you could ever want makes this suburb a MUST buy suburb. with house prices on the increase, Regents Park is leading the charge in the area for growth and when other neighboring suburbs are stagnant in price growth or even dropping this suburb continues its rise. I only see good things on the horizon for this suburb.
