Macaulay Street

"Urban Access yet Still Lovely and Quiet"

I lived on Macaulay for a number of years and it was always very quiet and pleasant, yet access to busy Cleveland Road (and then onto the city etc) was very close.

One of the many great streets in Coorparoo and well worth the consideration.

Carrara Street

"Artery into Mount Gravatt East"

I work on Carrara Street, it is somewhat noisy, though it does provide good access into the rest of the suburb, and it's also got the best fish and chip shop south of the city haha!

"Heart of Greenslopes"

I lived on this street for years and I'm convinced that is the heart of Greenslopes. Quiet and peaceful, yet quite close to a number of main arteries into town. Plenty of great shops nearby, walking distance to the busway, and even Buranda train station if you want. Really close to the bikeway into the city too if that's you thing. Whenever I think of how good Greenslopes in as a suburb, I think of Dunellan Street.

"Community Feel"

We have been selling townhouses and villas on this street for years and I don't think I have ever had a single negative experience in dealing with anyone here - both owner occupiers and renters. Though the complex is of the larger variety, everyone who lives here is respectful and quiet.

Great access to Carindale Westfield, the Gateway Motorway and less than 12 km's into he city. Exceptional way for new buyers to get into the property market.

"Ultimate Balance of Green Space with Great Access to Urban Areas"

My office is based in Mount Gravatt East and I'm in the area constantly. Ultimate impression of the suburb is the amount of sheer greenery, which should be appreciated to no end. The people of this suburb know how lovely it is here and they care for it. Yet there's still fantastic access to more urban and lifestyle areas via great bus routes and Logan Road.

It also represents a fantastic way for young families to buy into a house on land for a relatively affordable price, while boarding some very popular suburbs (Holland Park and Mansfield prising to mind).

The absolute perfect suburb for the family lifestyle.

Morningside

"Brisbane #1!"

I have owned and lived in Morningside for more than five years and I will never live anywhere else. It has everything. Access to boarding blue chip suburbs such as Hawthorne and Bulimba and the many lifestyle options that both provide, fantastic public transport into the CBD via bus or train, quick and easy access south via Wynnum Road and easy access to Westfield Carindale.

All the while it seems to provide that perfect balance between modern and urban inner city suburb and quiet and green family location.

I wouldn't change anything about it.

"Lively Suburb with Access to Exceptional Lifestyle Precincts and Green Spaces"

I have actively worked in Carina Heights for years and it's impressive to see how far this suburb has come in that time. It represents an exceptional way for young buyers to gain access to the Brisbane property market in a relatively affordable fashion via the many newer townhouse and apartment developments that have popped up in the last five years, while still having great access to boarding blue chip suburbs like Carindale and Camp Hill and the many lifestyle options that both suburbs provide.

Westfield Carindale is a 5 minute drive (or less in many cases), the city is around 20 minutes, and onramps to the Gateway Motorway (and then onwards to the Sunshine or Gold Coasts), is around 5 minutes. Many green spaces dot the suburb as well.

Just a great place.

"Peaceful and Green in Immediate Vicinity to Plenty of Lifestyle Options"

I have actively worked in Carina for years and I must say that it is an absolutely lovely part of Brisbane with a multitude of exceptional green spaces, nature walks, dog parks and playgrounds. There's also hugely convenient access to the Gateway Motorway north and south, reliable bus routes directly into the city via Carindale and quick access to Westfield Carindale with plenty of shopping, dining and lifestyle options.

It's also an excellent way for young families to gain access into the Brisbane property market at a relatively affordable level. I couldn't recommend the suburb enough.
