Just bought here, more and more ppl are buying as owner occupiers and improving there houses which is only good for the area, whilst the renters are slowly moving on. We also have the Coomera connector coming soon which means you can easily commute north or south if needs be. We also have the train line down the road. I personally think commera is a fantastic investment or ppor you can still get a freehold home under 600k but that won’t be for long
