"A peaceful area - with great options"

I have lived in Renown Park for 16 years now and its a terrific area. Great options for anybody interested in having the city life without the noise. Only 5 minute drive into town and very close to North Adelaide and all of its great shopping and food options. Local sports club is a community club and good fun to be around. Multiple schools in the area with great food options close by.

Great for

Affordable, quiet and safe
Great location - close to City, Cafes, Restaurants, Cinemas, Beach
Very good public transport

Not great for

Morning peak hour can be a hassle
