Vista Avenue view is magical. We look down to the beach across the bay and all the way to Cronulla in the south.
We have friendly neighbours. The street is pretty quiet and it is only on the weekend that we get the odd car making some noise.
We have the bus at the door and a ten minute walk to the village shops and the beach. It is really lovely.
People passing by with their dogs stop to say Hi.
Due to us facing south we get a lot of wind at times, but we don't worry about that as we live in such a beautiful part of the world.
It rates ten out of ten from me.
