Woonga Drive

"Sanctuary!"

Great community! Safe, green and friendly. Locals look out for each other and it still has the old fashioned neighborhood ethics lost to a modern society. Surrounded by beautiful flora, fauna and lots of birds including kookaburras, lorikeets and owls. There is a park reserve running all along the avenue. Probably one of Ashgrove's exclusive premier streets. Close to parks, a meandering creek, walking tracks and some of Brisbane's quality schools. Lovely views to the Taylor Ranges in the background. A glorious tree lined street with an offshoot of a few quaint lane-ways to explore. It has a very nice feel to it with buckets of character. Property values are high but your money is very well invested in this superior Ashgrove Street. Nearby is historic "Glenlyon House".
You could be in the English Countryside here! Those who find this gorgeous enclave rarely leave the area.

Ashgrove

"The Serenity"

This suburb is an absolute Gem for "Great Brisbane Lifestyle"! Ashgrove is a leafy peaceful suburb at the foot hills of the "Taylor Ranges" and Mt Cootha while only 4 klm to the CBD. It has lots of lovely Parks and Bike tracks with pretty Enoggera Creek meandering through it. You can get views to the Mountains or views to the City or both! It has good local shops and eateries and supported by a regular bus route. I love the strong cool Northerly Breezes and abundant Flora and Fauna. You need to like birds to live here! Ashgrove should be voted Brisbane No 1 best suburb for young family living and investing for capital growth! It also boasts some of the top Schools in Brisbane too. Those who finally discover here, are hesitant to leave, we know why. Don't hesitate if you are thinking of moving here as property prices are rising fast with many selling well over the Million. This is definitely lifestyle living at its best!.
